Description :
The baked cheese fritters is a delicious blend of 3 cheeses from Québec. Vacherin, Louis Dubois and Raclette des Appalaches Cheeses. To this unique product, we add in cream and a country wine giving a sublime mixture.
Serving suggestion: Place the pancetta, previously cook in a plate in the oven, on a lettuce leaf and put the baked cheese fritter on the top of the pancetta. Coat the baked cheese fritter with a blueberry puree.
